I surprised my 28 year-old son with a 2005 Honda Shadow Spirit 750 for Christmas. Bought it November 11th. I rode it home, but he had to wait to complete riding school which he did in late January. It was ridden a total of 5 times, less than 100 miles put on it after purchase, and the 6th time we attempted to start it, it wouldn't start. Turned out the motor was ruined due to a faulty valve in the carburetor. Honda of Houston replaced the motor, free of charge, then test-rode it several times to make sure it was ok. I picked it up on a Saturday, and it started mis-firing and broke down 7 or 8 times. We called the dealership, and even though they were about to close, they sent 2 guys out with a trailer to pick up the bike, and they were there within 20 minutes. You take a risk when you buy an older, used motorcycle, especially one that uses a carburetor. They didn't have any legal obligation to fix it, but they did, because they said we had put less than 100 miles on it. Now they're fixing it again for free, because it's the right thing to do. This is the kind of understanding, empathy, and service that earns a customer for life. I will be buying my own motorcycle from them later this year, and another for my 30 year-old son shortly after that, and I wouldn't think of buying it anywhere else. The staff at Honda of Houston, from the sales team, to the sales manager, to the service team and manager, have earned my business and loyalty for life.

She was the only sales associate that made consistent contact and always responded to my questions (without making me feel dumb). Literally because she was so nice and real, I talked my buddy into buying a bike from her the same day!!!!!

I bought a fury. The whole experience was great. I did most of it over the phone so when I showed up to get the bike, I just had to pay my down payment.

I can't say enough about Karina and Rodrigo. They went over and beyond to make my purchase of a Honda 700 Deluxe 4 a great experience. Living in Louisiana, having to purchase over the phone I must say, they were awesome. My parish just passed an ordinance to make riding my side by side legal on designated streets and areas. With that being said I requested them to do a little modification so it would meet the requirements. I must have call them 2 times a day for a week and never did they make me feel Iike a pest and I know I was one. I love the way they added the turning signals to my side by side, it sure does look like it came from the factory. Of course all the modification cost me but didn't want the hassle of buying the parts and having my husband install them, bad enough he had to drive 5 hours to pick up the side by side and then 5 more hours back home. Even though it's far from home I would purchase from Honda of Houston again.

Much thanks to Thomas in sales, Mike in parts, and Rodrigo in financing for such a pleasant experience buying and getting supplies for my 1,100 mile ride back to Colorado. No other dealers had this bike available for purchase closer to home. After a nice gentle engine break-in for 600 miles and two oil / filter changes on the road, I really enjoyed blasting through traffic in my home-territory with my all-time favorite of 6 previous and two other current bikes. Thomas was a no nonsense salesman that listen to requests and provided straight forward answers to my concerns. He assisted in the negotiations process and follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction of the bike. The entire team worked together to ensure satisfaction and made sure The bike and rider was complete. I recommend the Honda brand Goldwing as well as Thomas, the salesman.

Top notch Sales Associate Thomas took great care of me and I got the best price ANYWHERE around on my new 2019 Rebel, I freakin' love this bike and couldn't have afforded it else where, thanks H.O.H. The finance associate was having tech. problems, on a Sat., literally at the end of the day, we left a closing, but he persevered and got us through the process, good job my man. And Sean from service personally delivered my bike to my house, about 25 miles away. He was communicative w/me the entire day and got my new baby to me safe and sound! He was so polite and took the time to give me all the details on the bike including how to adjust the clutch lever after if wears in a gets a little play in it. Sean also refused to take a tip I offered, your a straight up guy Sean and thanks so much for the incredible customer service, it's not easy to find these days. All-in-all, I would highly recommend H.O.H., don't even bother shopping around, you won't find better prices or customer service. And this is coming from a guy who's been in the auto dealership business for about 30 years, I know what a good dealership is and isn't ,)

The only reason Honda of Houston received a 5 star rating from me is because there that not an option to go any higher!!! Both the salesman (Michael) and the finance manager (sorry forgot his name) where very friendly and accommodating. They answered all of my questions in the most professional manager, treating me as if I was a repeat customer or even a friend.The personnel working in the parts department are also very friendly and professional, and where more than happy to assist me in finding after market parts for my recent purchase, such as exhaust systems, clutch and brake levers, mirrors, clip-ons and foot pegs. When I did make my order for the Yoshimura exhaust, they were very understanding when I called repeatedly checking on the status of my order (it was not late, I was just anxious and hoping for a faster delivery that what was actually possible).As far as the service department goes, I brought my bike in for the initial service (which was discounted for some reason...can't complain about that!!!)without an appointment and they were able to service it for me quickly while I waited in the store!!! Also, as I am new to the sport bike aspect of riding (previously owned cruisers), they were more than willing to give me pointers on how to get the most out of my bike (previous cruisers did not have a tach, so I simply shifted based on engine noise, where as with the sport bike it is important to know where the power-band is and the correct RPM to shift for maximum performance).I have been to other dealerships that act as if you are a burden and would simply rather see you leave than offer help or make a sale, and I actually have a Honda dealership that is a lot closer to where I live, but I will be a repeat customer of Honda of Houston simply based on the store wide customer service and appreciation.

I had nothing but the best of service , Grant Ross was awesome to deal with and I had no problems ! I don't know why it has bad reviews because the service they gave me was nothing shy of perfect ! The place is clean and neat and the service they provide in the parts department is awesome and so are the people that work there !
